The No. 18 Oklahoma State softball team suffered a 12-4 loss against No. 11 Arizona at Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium. The Cowgirls took an early lead with a 3-0 advantage in the first inning, but Arizona fought back with runs in the first and second innings to tie the game. Ultimately, the Wildcats secured the win with a six-run fourth inning and ended the game in the fifth via run rule. Offensive highlights for Oklahoma State included Karli Godwin going 2-for-3 with two RBIs and Amanda Hasler hitting a home run. The Cowgirls now stand at 23-10 overall and 5-4 in the Big 12, while Arizona improved to 32-7 overall and 9-5 in the conference. The series finale is scheduled for tomorrow and will be streamed live.
