Marasco claims that likening a person to a mathematical equation in the song is similar to her portrayal of Musk as a genius in her poem. The lawsuit also mentions other celebrities such as Chaka Khan, Elton John, Kim Kardashian, and Lady Gaga.
Swift’s new song “thanK you aIMee” has sparked speculation among fans, with some believing it refers to Kim Kardashian or Marasco. Marasco argues that since only a few people would know who Swift is referring to, it cannot solely be about Kardashian. The artist is seeking appropriate credit for her work and is determined to hold the celebrities accountable for alleged copyright infringements.
