The Remembrance Ceremony at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum relocated indoors

The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum’s Remembrance Ceremony, scheduled for Saturday morning, will be moved indoors to First Church at the corner of Northwest 5th and Robinson due to forecasted weather conditions. Attendees will still be able to pay their respects and honor the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing. Following the ceremony, attendees will be led out of the church by the Oklahoma Fire Pipes and Drums to the Field of Empty Chairs.

The decision to move the ceremony indoors was made in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants in light of the expected weather conditions. Despite the change in location, the ceremony will still be a meaningful and solemn event to remember those who lost their lives in the tragic bombing.
