LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The 2025 Barnstable Brown Kentucky Derby Eve Gala is set to be a star-studded affair, featuring a dazzling lineup of celebrities, Olympic athletes, and entertainers. Guests at this year’s event include the likes of Machine Gun Kelly, Simone Biles, Aaron Rodgers, Dierks Bentley, and Tracy Morgan. Other notable attendees are Selma Blair, Wilmer Valderrama, and acclaimed musicians like Boyz II Men and Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild and Jimi Westbrook.
The 36th annual gala, held at the home of Patricia Barnstable Brown in Louisville, promises to be an extraordinary celebration. “Our historic 36th year will be extraordinary,” Patricia commented, expressing excitement for the event.
Since its inception, the gala has raised over $21 million, all of which benefit the Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center at the University of Kentucky. It was founded by the Barnstable sisters—Patricia and Priscilla—along with their mother, Wilma, and Patricia’s late husband, Dr. David E. Brown.
Scheduled for Friday, May 2, 2025, the gala will kick off at 8 p.m., continuing its legacy as a premier charitable event that merges fun, philanthropy, and community spirit.
