Longhorn Causes Lane Closure on Turner Turnpike

In a curious incident on the Turner Turnpike, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) responded to reports of a longhorn wandering dangerously close to traffic. Officers arrived at the scene near mile marker 150 at approximately 7:15 p.m. and closed the outside lane to ensure the safety of motorists and the animal.
The wandering longhorn was spotted moving in and out of the roadway, prompting concern for both driver safety and the well-being of the animal itself.
