Sen. Vincent Borja Honors National Honor Society Graduates at Guam Congress

Vincent Borja, along with fellow legislators, presented Certificate No. 84-38 to distinguished graduating seniors inducted into the National Honor Society (NHS) at their respective schools. Sen.
